17 inch HG Pad Driver with Hook and Loop Includes riser and clutch plate. Please specify which clutch is needed. Heavy Duty 2.5 horsepower machines will usually use the Standard clutch plate, while 3 and 4 horsepower TOP machines use the Italian clutch plate.
